Welcome to namemyapp, a property of Yottamrk Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using namemyapp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.

namemyapp is an AI-powered domain name generator and registration platform that:

What We Don't Provide
- • Legal advice (trademarks, copyrights)
- • Guarantees of business success
- • Refunds outside ICANN grace period
- • Domain brokerage services
- • Aftermarket domain sales
Third-Party Services: We utilize third-party APIs (including but not limited to OpenAI, Datamuse, and domain registrars) to provide our services. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms.
3. Domain Registration
All domain registrations are processed through our accredited registrar partners. By registering a domain, you agree to the registrar's terms and conditions as well as the policies of the relevant TLD registry (e.g., ICANN for .com).
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information for your domain.
- We are not responsible for domains lost due to failure to renew or policy violations.
Sponsoring Registrar: Domain registrations are processed through Global Domain Group LLC ("GDG"), an ICANN-accredited registrar and affiliate of Dynadot Inc. GDG is the sponsoring registrar for all domains registered through our Service. You can verify GDG's registrar status by searching for your domain in the InterNIC Whois lookup service. Upon inquiry, we will identify GDG as the sponsoring registrar for your domain registration.
3.1. ICANN Educational Resources
As required by ICANN policy, we provide the following educational resources for domain registrants. These links are displayed at least as clearly as our links to our policies:
3.2. Proxy and Privacy Registration Services
We comply with ICANN's Proxy Accreditation Program and the Specification on Privacy and Proxy Registrations. Privacy/proxy registration services may only be provided by individuals or entities accredited by ICANN. For more information, see ICANN's Privacy and Proxy Registrations Specification.
3.3. Domain Misuse Disclosure
If we receive reasonable evidence that a domain name registered through our Service is causing actionable harm (including, but not limited to, trademark infringement, fraud, illegal activity, or other violations of third-party rights), we may disclose your current contact information and identity to the complaining party within seven (7) days, as required by ICANN policy and our reseller agreement. You remain liable for harm caused by the wrongful use of a domain name unless we disclose such information within the required timeframe.
3.4. No Infringement Representation
You represent and warrant that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, neither your registration of a domain name nor the manner in which a domain name under your control is directly or indirectly used shall result in the infringement of the legal rights of any third party, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
3.5. ICANN Compliance
You agree to comply with all ICANN consensus policies, specifications, procedures, programs, bylaws, and associated amendments issued by ICANN, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not take any action inconsistent with any ICANN policy or applicable law. You shall not display the ICANN or ICANN-accredited registrar logo, or otherwise represent yourself as accredited by ICANN, unless you have written permission from ICANN to do so.
4. Account Registration
4.1. Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information promptly
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4.2. Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1. Payment Processing
We use Stripe for secure payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We employ a "Two-Phase Commit" system:
- Authorization: Your payment method is authorized (not charged)
- Registration: Domain registration is attempted
- Capture: Payment is only captured if registration succeeds
If registration fails, the authorization hold is voided immediately. You are only charged for successful registrations.
5.2. Refund Policy
ICANN 5-Day Grace Period:
- Full refund available if domain is canceled within 5 days of registration
- Domain will be deleted and returned to public availability
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days
After 5 Days: Domain registration fees are non-refundable per ICANN policy.
5.3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD. Domain pricing varies by TLD and is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. Renewal prices may differ from initial registration prices.
6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Prohibited Uses
- Register domains for illegal purposes
- Phishing or fraudulent websites
- Malware distribution
- Trademark infringement
- Domain squatting or cybersquatting
- Spam or unsolicited email
- Harassment or abuse
- Violation of any applicable law
Consequences: Violations may result in immediate account suspension, domain cancellation without refund, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by namemyapp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7.2. Your Content
Domains: You retain all rights to domains registered through our Service. You are the legal registrant and owner of your domains.
User Input: By using the name generator, you grant us a license to use your input solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
AS IS SERVICE: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

- Accuracy or reliability
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We Shall Not Be Liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business opportunity
- Costs of substitute services
- Domain registration failures
- Third-party service interruptions
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or certain statutory rights. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless namemyapp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your domains or content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Harm caused by wrongful use of your domain
11. Termination
11.1. By You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling in your dashboard or emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your subscription will not renew, but you remain responsible for any outstanding charges. Your domains remain active until expiration (if not renewed).
11.2. By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment fails (after notice)
- We are required by law
- We discontinue the Service
- Your domain is used for illegal purposes
We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of legal requirement or Terms violation.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. Domain Disputes (UDRP)
Domain disputes (e.g., trademark infringement) are subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). For more information, visit ICANN UDRP Policy.
12.2. Other Disputes
For disputes not related to domain ownership, we encourage informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement in our full Terms of Service.
12.3. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Additional Information
These Terms include all registration agreement provisions and notices required by the ICANN registrar accreditation agreement and all ICANN consensus policies. These Terms identify GDG as the registrar and provide a means for identifying GDG as the sponsoring registrar through the InterNIC Whois lookup service referenced above.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and namemyapp regarding the use of the Service.
