Auto-Renewal Explained

Keep your domains active with automatic renewal.

How It Works

Auto-renewal:

• Enabled by default on all domains
• Charges your payment method before expiration
• Prevents accidental domain loss

Renewal Timeline

• 30 days before: First reminder email
• 14 days before: Second reminder
• 7 days before: Final reminder
• On expiration: Domain auto-renewed

Pricing

• Renewal at same price as registration
• No markup or renewal fees
• Same transparent pricing

Managing Auto-Renewal

To disable:

1. Go to domain dashboard
2. Click "Settings"
3. Toggle "Auto-Renewal"
4. Confirm change

If Disabled

Without auto-renewal:

• Domain expires on expiration date
• Grace period: 30 days
• Redemption period: 30-90 days (with fees)
• After that: Domain released to public

Keep auto-renewal enabled:

• Never lose your domain
• Prevents domain squatters
